METHODS OF PAYMENT
The provider allows the following methods of payment:
- By bank transfer to the account of the LAURA`S SEA STORIES online store manager according to the pro forma invoice
- By credit card via the pay pal service
Payment by pro forma invoice is made to the current account opened with INTESA SANPAOLO BANK, with the following information:

The provider uses an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium, with a breakdown of costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the product if necessary and possible.
The deadline for payment by pro forma invoice is 3 working days after receipt of the pro forma invoice. If the pro forma invoice is not paid within this time, it is considered that the buyer withdraws from the order.
PRICES
The listed prices in the online store are in EUR, do not include postage and are irrevocable. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity (the provider reserves the right to change prices). Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods, under the above conditions. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an e-mail with payment information). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY DEADLINE

In the event that the product cannot be shipped within a maximum of seven (7) working days, I will notify you in writing or on the phone. In the event that a longer delivery time does not suit you, you can let me know at any time via email or phone and we will try to resolve matters to our mutual benefit. Pošta Slovenije performs delivery for the online store. Delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery price list (according to weight and domestic / foreign traffic).
In the event that the provider sends the order products in time, he is not responsible for the overdue delivery time of the contractor. Delivery is made to the address provided by the user when registering or ordering. In the event that no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice of the arrival of the shipment or an attempt to hand over the goods..
If the products received are damaged upon delivery, the customer must immediately notify the operator of the website to the email adress info@velaseastories.

- 500-999 g: € 3.90 ( VAT included )
- 1000g + : € 4.30 ( VAT included )
Free postage for orders over 100 €! (Applies only within Slovenia and not to other countries ) .
ABROAD (EU only)
- 500-999g : 9.5 € ( VAT included )
- 1000g + : 12.5 € ( VAT included )
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONCTRAT AND RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to inform provider within 14 days of receipt of the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract. The buyer may notify the seller of the withdrawal by notification via email to [email protected] or other written notice.
The buyer is obliged to return the products no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and the shipment must show the identification of the order. The costs related to the return of goods are borne by the buyer. The seller will refuse to accept the shipment with the return of the goods if he had to pay the shipment costs upon receipt.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall return received payments immediately or no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Bank transfer returns payments received to the bank account specified by the customer.
Custom products:
The buyer has no right to withdraw from the purchase for goods that are manufactured according to the exact instructions of the consumer and tailored to his personal needs.
