Surcharges and other conditions:
- tourist tax: 2.5 EUR per person per night (1.25 EUR per night for a child between 7 and 18 years of age)
- final cleaning: 30 EUR
- animals are allowed: 10 EUR surcharge / per day
- public parking (garage house)
